lName:l Blystin Steele
lDocument Citizenship:l Japan
lDOB:l 02/07/████
lSecurity Clearance:l RESTRICTED
lAssigned Work:l SCI-PATHOS III, CSU
lRank:l Chief Medic
BACKGROUND
Blystin was always an intelligent person. She was valedictorian of her high school, and of her college where she studied chemical engineering. Though shortly after, she remained often unemployed, left to meander her way through the streets to earn money. She did whatever allowed her to survive, whether it be pickpocketing, looting, or stealing. One day though, she was caught, with no historical records or anything.
It was here that her life altered completely, for it was either she went to prison or joined the military. She did the latter. She quickly became a prominent recruit during training, as a result of her years on the street and common scuffles with common folk. Blystin eventually reached the rank of Sergeant First Class, commanding her own platoon of 30 soldiers. She was also an artillery man, stationed behind the frontline to provide cover, never really seeing major engagement. But it was also here that she developed her unconcerned personality. Not long after, her records of education were discovered, and she was offered to be an officer.
Of course, Blystin took that offer without a doubt. Despite her troubled history and mysterious past, Blystin soon rose to the rank of Captain, in charge of an entire company. Now, she had become an armored officer (tank crew), with an M1A2 Abrams that she nicknamed “Styx”. She was deployed to multiple combat zones, including Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. Only here in the desert, did Blystin truly develop and finalize her collected attitude, for nothing had fazed her anymore. This was where she developed her common line of “That was fun!”. She also developed a small scar on her face, diagonal across her mouth, presumably form a piece of shrapnel.
Soon after, while on a regular mission to seize an Afghan village, she noticed something particular out of the corner of her eye. She could’ve sworn that she saw some being, some creature. She left her tank and cared to investigate, and that’s where she met the Foundation. She found a group of Mobile Task Force scouts in the area, and noticing her unique skills and background, decided to give her an offer. She could either stay in the public and forget this interaction, or join the Foundation for a chance of early retirement (or so they said). The choice she made was obvious.
Blystin began her career at the Foundation as a fresh new SC-0. She was brought in by the Mobile Task Force scouts, who were soon discovered to be Falcon-2 Agents. The first words she heard as she arrived in Area-2 were, “Look at what they’ve brought in this time!” She did not take lightly to these statements, but she remembered that this was a new place of work for her.
During her unprecedented amount of free time at the Foundation, Blystin commonly took walks and wandered the facility, sometimes entering areas she wasn’t supposed to. Otherwise, she would also observe the work of other Foundation Personnel, taking a particular interest in medical work, but never joining the medical department. She often also observed the Class-D, witnessing several riots and tests. It was here that Blystin, motivated by the work of the Medical Department, set her sights out to one day help others. Though, it wouldn’t be in the medical department anyway.
Blystin soon reached Security Class 2, joining the Security Department alongside it. She progressed rather quickly, progressing from Cadet to Junior to Guard, and eventually, Sentry. One day, she became interested in the Combat Medics division of the Security Department and decided to apply. Given her extensive history in combat and education in chemical engineering, she was allowed in. From here, Blystin was still sort of naive, as a result of her new Foundation work, she had nearly forgotten what she used to be. Though, that would change.
Blystin soon rose in the ranks of the Combat Medics, passing her cadet phase and full induction as a Field Medic. During one routine day at the CDC, Blystin witnessed something that would change her, leading her to who she would be today. One of her closest friends, Max, who she had known since her days as a security cadet, was shot by a Class-D Kingpin. It was on that day, that Blystin became uncaring and cold. She immediately shot the Class D, point blank, with her MP5. Then, she began to operate on Max, and by miracle, he was saved from his chest wound. Blystin vowed never again to let her comrades be hurt.
Blystin, once again, progressed through the ranks of the Combat Medics, becoming a Specialized Field Medic, then Senior Field Medic, then Lead Medic, and eventually, she was the head of the Combat Medics division itself. As her new role as Chief Medic, Blystin was the person that everyone knew today. She was cool, relaxed, sometimes demure. Often, she wouldn’t mind chatting with her friends, but towards new Foundation members, she often appeared cold and heartless. She relaxed a lot, often not caring for the situation at hand. She was even quoted during a riot saying “We’re just doing a little cleanup on some ungrateful prisoners!!”, when in reality, she used every method of suppression available, from riot foam, tear gas, flashbangs, grenades, and her favorite weapon, the APC-9. She’s also often seen snacking on an energy bar.
Blystin soon disappeared after the temporary Area-2 Pathos shutdown.
PERSONALITY
Blystin is rather relaxed, she doesn’t pay much attention to things and tends to go with the flow. She does not care for much, commonly adopting an “it is what it is” type mentality, possibly a result of her experiences. She often is quoted to be saying “Well, that was fun!”, no matter the circumstance, whether it be the most serious or relaxed setting. She has a demure character, often not striking conversation unless it’s someone she knows, or she’s approached first. With her friends or companions, she is able to have a little fun and be real, often expressing a side of her that many do not see. Though, she does seem shy under the mask of coolness.Blystin is a large fan of Japanese related art and film, being a large connoisseur of anime and manga.
She often likes to tease others, often trolling them with pokes or remarks, commonly being a little “too silly or friendly” towards others. Blystin often has two sides, her cool and cold one in which most people see, and her foolish and silly one, in which most of her co-workers often see.
Blystin is also noted to be cruel and unforgiving when handling matters of murder or punishment, or maybe, she’s just a little crazy. She’s also harsh on her own Combat Medics, no matter who they are, as members are kept in strict discipline and order, even if she herself may be a little crazy or silly.
Blystin’s favorite SCP is most often thought to be SCP-173, as she too treats life as a game. The only thing that Blystin has ever been seen frightened of, or at least shown a slight amount of fear in, is the dark.
Blystin often doesn’t like to wear her helmet, stating it’s “too restricting”, despite frequent orders to do so.
Blystin is also a fanatic of rest, often taking long breaks with naps, even with all her tactical gear on, sleeping on the Security Lounge couch. No one dares to attempt waking her.

lName:l Khlebnikov Petr Rumyantsev
lDocument Citizenship:l U.S.A.
lDOB:l [30] 01/07/████
lSecurity Clearance:l RESTRICTED
lAssigned Work:l SCI-PATHOS III, SD
lRank:l Cadet
BACKGROUND
Born in Olympia, Washington, Khlebnikov’s parents were former Soviet citizens who decided to head to the United States after the fall of the Soviet Union. After living nearly their entire life in Vladivostok. His father served in the Soviet-Afghanistan war in the 1980’s.
Khlebnikov’s childhood was severely uneventful, nothing interesting ever happened. Khlebnikov enlisted into the United States military when he turned eighteen in 2013. Being deployed into Afghanistan. He served for roughly three years in Afghanistan. Not having much notable service, but he did help out. Eventually in 2016, he decided to volunteer to further fight terrorism in the middle east. Serving for an additional year, with some notable service. Serving in the last major offensives against a group that I cannot say here [I think].
After that, he was transferred over to guard the US Embassy in Moscow. Where he remained in that post for an additional three years. After that, the rest of his time in the US military was being stationed back at the mainland. Eventually he was picked out by the SCP Foundation. Being selected into the Security Department. Now twenty-eight, [recruited in SD in 2023]. He began his career in the foundation, passing a Cadet Examination to become a cadet. Where he continues to guard Phi and The Clean Rooms to this day, with him waiting to become an agent. Khlebnikov has participated in multiple raids and breaches since then.
PERSONALITY
Khlebnikov is an outgoing, and friendly person. Especially to fellow Security Department members. When things do get heated, he disregards everything else and focuses on his duties. However, most of the time, [especially if it’s guarding the Clean Rooms..] he’s just there, pretty bored in mind. Just wishing for a Class-D to come out from the Clean Rooms elevator.
Other details: When compared to other members of the Security Department, he is seen just as an average cadet really. Not much to say, because he just is. Although he has made numerous friend’s within the Security Department, he mostly isn’t really known. But that’s just how he likes it.

lDocument Citizenship:l Egyptian
lDOB:l 20/4/████
lSecurity Clearance:l RESTRICTED
lAssigned Work:l SCI-PATHOS III, MP & SD
lRank:l Senior Constable, Security Officer
BACKGROUND
"Most likely to be a dictator" in high school and med school
He dropped out from Harvard med school after it was discovered he was helping other students pass there USMLEs by impersonating them and taking the exam for them, reaching grades that were normally above average to get. What caught him? The fact that these students, who would typically get D- averages suddenly got an A+.
He first transferred to SCI Pathos III during it's early developmental stages as a security guard protecting construction of various installations as way to make a quick buck (also partly due to a lost bet and gambling addition.) As this was the most volatile stage of Pathos due to it's use of Class Ds as construction labor, he experienced some heavy combat and fighting, to which the higherups noticed his productive comradeship and ability to think for decisive victories, and thus he quickly rised through the ranks despite his somewhat questionable demure. He reached the rank of corporal rather concerningly quickly for a man that was considered to be rather aggressive and unserious.
His first subdivision was CSU. It was noted how surprisingly quickly and effectively he was able to make use of the med tools in high stress combat situations, and hence was able to progress up to the rank of SSA. At the same time, it was noted that he was rather reckless in his actions and would oftentimes plan out aggressive styled fights rather than play defensively, which lead to incidents that had him talk with command about being more of a team player.
Eventually, he saw a poster for MP and applied as a bet alongside his CSU friends "to protect the civilians from harm" (doubtful). He was the only one to pass the cadet academy with surprisingly high scores. As such, he worked hard and attained the rank of senior constable, though his use of 'bad cop' ethics has been watched over, such as keeping a SC-0 in the EC wing for 2 hours straight before he confessed. (It was for driving without a license.)
Soon he was awarded a promotion to security officer due to his excellent leadership capabilities. He was given the nickname of "commandant" and his rather questionable use of leadership, such as "a tactical plan to riot foam the entire CDC and split into platoons to rush for the towers using ballistic shields.", has been met with praise to a large extent, although his requests for various heavy weapons and vehicles have been denied continuously, as "you do not need 5 SRU juggernauts to patrol the site in yellow ember."
PERSONALITY
A brilliant and tactical leader but completely deranged, and psychotic. Will not hesitate in ordering you to sacrifice your life in the CDC, CR, or Red Heron with a speech before his in trying the most ludicrous ideas (that somehow work although be it with casualties) in high situational scenarios. Praised by most of his fellow men for his exceptional coordination on site, some however question the legality of his orders and behavior on site.
There is CCTV footage of him walking up to a FP having lunch, and shouting "STOP RESISTING SIR, GET DOWN NOW!" for 5 consecutive minutes as the SC2 was complying before leaving Phi for a smoke break. The SC2 was left in tears sobbing, and required rubber room treatment, also supervised by him.
He once ordered his company of SD to form 'a great humvee wall' during a full blown riot to protect the site from Omicron. It surprisingly worked, before he coordinated an assault into the CDC, retaking it shortly afterwards.
He is surprisingly intelligent and is able to gaslight people into his own narrative, which is how he is able to command SD to do such illustrious objectives that would be reckless.
He is bald due to repetitive stress.
He is the number 1 drifter in MP, winning a divisional race.

lName:l Victor Kardos
lDocument Citizenship:l England
lAge:l ██/██/████
lSecurity Clearance:l RESTRICTED
lAssigned Work:l SCI-PATHOS III, ScD, SD
lRank:lResearcher Cadet
BACKGROUND
Victor was born in a small town in England to a poor family, he was an only child and he was always bullied for having shabby clothes or a dirty school uniform due to not being able to afford replacements. He was determined to work hard to get him and his family out of poverty and his academics shot up as she shut out everyone else to focus solely on his work.
He had particular interest in History and Science and spent his free time hunting with his dad where he learnt how to use a rifle effectively, after graduating school, he was able to attend college where he studied History, Chemistry and Biology. Getting a degree with honours in Chemistry.
Doing his internship in Moscow, Russian agencies approached him with an offer to work for them in Moscow, he rejected the offer instead working for the British Government where he was involved in ██████████ and ████████which led him to the SCP Foundation.
He joined the Scientific Department but was immediately off put by the lack of anything to do with the chemistry he had studied with the main focus being on other scientific subjects which made him try to leave as he believed he had been cheated but eventually he got to work and was credited for his success in researching 082 and 999, the only two anomalies he actually enjoyed working with, after being given permission to change roles after proving himself in a combative test, he left and joined the Security Department where he is currently training to become an Agent.
PERSONALITY
Victor is cold and can sometimes come off as rude to people when talking to him, he often brags about his fighting skills and loves to ramble on about topics that interest him like History or Science to people he sees as ‘associates’ or even friends, other than that, he likes to keep to himself around strangers. When on-site, he likes to drive around in his car, often speeding, this leads to injuries and a run in with the military police on most occasions which is why he is on MP’s watchlist.
He enjoys staring at Pandora as he finds it interesting and reminds him of something that he can’t quite put a finger on. He dislikes most of the SCPs present on Pathos which makes people question why he even joined ScD in the first place, on bad terms constantly with 1048 instances. After a particularly nasty run-in with Main Bear which led to him having a few weeks in the medbay, he likes to keep his distance and tries to avoid them. Although portraying himself as a strong fighter, he is unable to really defend himself in terms of fighting but has pretty good aim with a gun which landed him in SD despite his lack of physical combat ability.
Sends most of his pay check back home to his family to stay true to his promise.
Never sleeps and is always working on a project of his
Loves board games but gets too invested and gets angry if he loses then refuses to speak to anyone for the rest of the day
Still believes in Krampus as his father used to dress up as him on Christmas and scared the living shit out of him
Is an absolute rubbish liar and can’t keep a straight face for the life of him when being confronted
ALWAYS is on guard so is easily scared by someone tapping him on the shoulder

lSecurity Clearance:l RESTRICTED
lAssigned Work:l SCI-PATHOS III, MD
lRank:l Physician
BACKGROUND
At the beginning of his career in the organization, SimpleIndex was a member of the Ethics Committee. His experience there did not go well. He was accused of working for the Global Occult Coalition to gather sensitive information and put the Foundation in a bad position. However, all of this was false, as these lies were spread by colleagues who didn’t like him.
After this incident, he requested a transfer to the Medical Department, given that he holds a doctorate in psychology. SimpleIndex has been a physician at SCI - Pathos III for several years.
SimpleIndex once “forgot” a researcher in a Rubber Room, and that individual was found dead a few days later with a paper bag over his head. That scientist was Bob.When Bob’s body was found, two members of the committee were in charge of coordinating the investigation. One of them was found dead in the tunnels above Site-Phi, and the other was never found.
PERSONALITY
He is generally a great colleague to the members of his department… usually. He did threaten one of his coworkers in a rubber room.
He can be quite hostile, even sadistic, towards other departments, particularly the scientists and the Ethics Committee members.
SimpleIndex is very close to a certain Mea, a practitioner, and to someone named Daen, also a practitioner.
The three met at the Foundation’s medical training center, Site-85. They were fortunate enough to be transferred to Pathos together. Since meeting, they have been nearly inseparable.

BACKGROUND
As a rather well skilled practitioner, Sasha applied for a civil front for SCPF from a multitude of other clinics and was vetted for working in the anomalous department. Sasha now works in the SCP specialisation, and enjoys doing evaluations on the anomalies contained within Pathos.
PERSONALITY
He is known for not being very social, which makes them behave in an awkward way when trying to interact with other Foundation personnel, that's one of the others primary reasons they decided to join the SCP specialization.
On their free time, he usually watches cartoon shows and draws, and is mostly going to be found at Site Phi, either looking at Pandora or sitting at the cafeteria. Sasha is not really sure about having ''friendships'' in the Foundation, since, meanwhile he interacts with personnel, he cannot be sure about what is friendship and what is not. However, they usually interact with certain Foundation personnel, mostly from the Medical Department or Scientific Department, either from having similar interests or because Sasha thinks they are somewhat fun to be around
sasha constantly overreacts over certain stuff including being asked for checkups..mostly because he doesnt enjoys documenting every single thing he does. they also sometimes get very overwhelmed by duties of the medical department...like checkups, to the point of punching objects and staying far away from everyone

BACKGROUND
Evan Graye was born on 01/03/98, in Harp County, Kentucky. Not much is known regarding his early life, other than that he was homeschooled by his “frequently intoxicated parents” (as described by town locals) and that he was frequently seen alone, typically avoiding others and sometimes even flat-out ignoring them. Shortly after turning 21, Evan was accepted into Dawson Protection, a Private Security Company that spans their operations across the South and Midwest of the USA.
On 04/11/██, Dawson Protection was exposed for operating a major weapons trafficking operation, which catered to various criminal organizations and cartels. Given certain groups they worked with, rumors circulated proposing the theory that the company had also partaken in other major offenses such as drug distribution and human trafficking, though these particular claims were never proven, as Dawson Employees covered up as much of their wrongdoing as they could before legal action could be implemented.
Evan was apprehended on 04/20/██ by members of the ATF and US Marshals Service during a joint ops raid on his apartment as he was attempting to pack up and flee the Country. He initially resisted arrest, but eventually decided to cooperate with law enforcement to shorten his sentence, ratting out a handful of his former co-workers that he disliked. He refused to give the names of his superiors however, as he claimed they would “Turn me into an internet video.” He was sentenced to 20 years with a chance of parole within Harp County Jail, which was chosen given its status as a Medium Security Penitentiary and the fact that Evan himself originated from Harp County, which he had requested to be placed close to. However, following [DATA EXPUNGED] Evan was sentenced to death row in Maddox County Detention Center, a Maximum Security Penitentiary, where he was eventually taken in by the Foundation on 02/21/██.
Following the Containment Failure at Site-19’s offshore Sister Site, ███████, Evan was transferred to SCI Pathos-III, where he managed to vanish off the Foundation’s radar entirely a mere two days after arriving. He is spotted very occasionally by members of the Security Department milling around Site-Omicron, but somehow seems to disappear whenever they go in to question him. Out of the 381 days (as of this document’s creation) that he has been a member of Class-D Personnel, he has only been seen at roll call once, and has never been seen at work periods, shower time, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. He has also managed to avoid the monthly termination list and (most times) the testing roster. Despite attempts to pry information from other Class-D Personnel, none have agreed to give information on his whereabouts, seemingly out of fear that he would harm or kill them for giving him up.
PERSONALITY
To be determined, Evan hasn’t been observed enough to make a viable analysis. It is currently recommended that any personnel who see him proceed with caution and report his whereabouts to their superior immediately.

Tikki's previous employment was a teacher for an elementary school in Dallas Texas. She was known to be very good with kids, and even enjoyed their company and foster a desire to learn, even those who were considered shy or outcasts. Tikki also had a fiance who she planned to have a life with.
Due to an outbreak of [DATA EXPUNGED], records show she lost both parental figures in her life to the disease, being left to care for her grandfather who suffered from Alzheimers. Tikki took a notice of leave following this, and was deemed unfit to work, being admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
After mandatory observation, Tikki was discharged back to the care of her fiance. Due to stress and mental conditions, the baby she was carrying miscarriaged, and due to the ban of abortion in her state, Tikki had to carry it out herself, for fear that if it continued to subsist it would kill her.
Her fiance, upon returning, freaked out at her. An argument ensued which turned violent. Police were called to the residence following reports of gunshots inside the house.
PERSONALITY
Tikki is often considered as an outcast by other inmates, despite her desire to make friends, she's seen as too awkward and neurotic, stuttering and not thinking before she speaks. When she tries to crack jokes with other inmates, she stutters completely and ends up running away to save her from embarrassment.
Tikki suffers from dissociative amnesia, other than her work as a an elementary school teacher, the fondness she felt while working with children, and that she had a fiance she loved very much.
Tikki has proven difficult in testing, as she has a history of being less than compliant unless threatened. She’s also very squeamish, easily freaked out by blood and gore. During large scale inmate riots, she hides in the cells as she’s afraid of lethal force.

BACKGROUND
Born September 24th ████ in the streets of California, Damien lived the only life he knew how to live, violence and dominance. He had been abandoned at an early age by his family due to causing trouble with local authorities through methods of stealing and other crimes.
As he grew older, he had climbed the ranks of a group of contractors, called ████████████, becoming the youngest person to reach a CO rank within the group. He often led a group of people during missions where they’d often stealthily rob places for their own gain. Doing these often allowed him to gain a reputation for his leadership and impeccable coordination. He had amazing skill as an assassin as well, although only being used as one if deemed necessary.
In total, he had amounted to █ murder charges, ██ charges of robbery, ██ charges of grand theft, possession of anomalous artifacts, and more. He had been caught after he was chased through multiple states, and moved from a heavily guarded correction facility to PATHOS III.
He is known for leading a group of interest he dubbed “The Serpent’s Hand”, and has close relations with the Chaos Insurgency and The Horizon Initiative. His last name “Basilisk” is what inspired the name of this group. Due to his past experience with groups, his current group has done very well compared to others, posing a threat to this foundation as time goes on.
His Class-D uniform was modified with the help of the notorious Class-D “Evan Graye” or “D-2259”. This modification has the Serpent’s Hand Logo on his right shoulder, short sleeve kingpin uniform, and knee pads. This has made their friendship pretty tight, among other things, though Damien finds his god complex ego annoying at times, but is proud to see that he can back it up.
He always wears a gold trimmed black tophat, and has a solid black head and skin tone, the head emitting a faint gold glow. This had happened after incident ███████, where Doctor ███████ had D-████ tamper with SCP-███, resulting in [DATA EXPUNGED] and [DATA EXPUNGED], which inevitably causing D-5001 to be affected by this and changing him irreversibly.
PERSONALITY
Unlike his violent nature, his personality isn’t what you’d expect from someone like Damien. He’s usually calm and laid back with most of the D-Class in Omicron, usually not caring about a lot of things. He will be very violent with members of the Security Department, Mobile Task Force, Scientific Department, and Medical Department. During large scale riots, he has killed countless guards with his Glock-18, gaining a reputation as one of the best wielders of one.
He’ll usually wander around Omicron, mostly staying within cell block or mines, but sometimes heading out towards the guardline a few times a day to see if anything interesting is going on. He despises being looked down upon by the facility personnel within the Omicron Viewing Area, and has even shot at a few personnel at times.
Damien has a lot of respect from many of the Class-Ds, and doesn’t usually engage in any hostile acts against them, although he won’t hesitate to engage on one ruining his mood and the moods of others.

lRank:l Undercover Agent
BACKGROUND
Originally joining the Foundation at the recommendation of his brother, [who told him they had free pizzas] he was stationed as an office worker in the DoA. He caught his lucky break when he was enlisted as an informant.
Faka is not your average Class D. He is an undercover law enforcer strategically placed as a Class D to catch bad behaving Class D's red handed. Before he became an informant, he was just a tired office worker. It was only when an SC-4 noticed his keen intelligence and past experiences that they decided to put him as a spy as a Class D. Because he was tired of the amounts of paperwork he does, he gladly accepted the job.
He enjoys his time as an undercover rioter - but what he enjoys the most is his EC immunity. He could attack SD without getting in trouble because it would make him fit in more, he can go past restricted areas and even drive without a license. However, there are some times when he's forced to do administrative work, which forces him to follow the Code Of Ethics. The Ethics Committee and Faka are always arguing. The EC deems that his job is not ethical, because he can kill SC-2 or below if he so wishes to. But their proposals have been shut down because of Faka's value as a spy.
Only 2 other Class D's knew of his real identity. It so happened that they caught Faka dozing off while doing paperwork when they raided Phi. When Faka noticed, he quickly tried to bribe them with credits. They accepted and did not mention it to anyone. Faka had to report this to his superiors and told them not to hurt them. Some few days later, they died in a 096 test.
PERSONALITY
Faka is tired and uninterested of what is going on around him when not acting as a Class D. He strolls around Phi, eating pizza and maybe takes a nap. He sometimes argues with Committee members, because of his dislike towards them. The only time he enjoys his time as AD, is when he is spectating a test and when he is with SCP-131.
As an undercover agent, it was really strange for him to lie to so many people at first. But he always told himself that what he was doing was necessary. He is constantly pretending to be someone he isn't and has to always be on guard. The two Class D's who lost their lives, he knew that it had something to do with them figuring out his identity - so he refrains from trusting anyone to avoid the risk of a slip up. He only tells his wild stories to SCP-131 which he really likes (helps him come over his sadness of not being able to connect with people).
As a Class D, this guy is totally different... he loves his g18 and riots. He also loves to drive recklessly and to enter areas he hasn't been able to. He often becomes member of rioting groups and clans to figure out and report their plans.

lRank:l Supervising Containment Engineer
BACKGROUND
Eli's origin to most personnel is unknown due to his closed personality, however some people believe he was kicked out from his past site due to his unamusing personality to which he responded "I fucking wish".
PERSONALITY
He dislikes communicating to other personnel he doesn't know well and displays more of an introvert behavior leading to other unknown personnel usually disliking him or trying to distance themselves. His sense of humor, while dry and sarcastic, is rarely expressed, and when it is, it can come off as passive aggressive rather than a joke. When asked to give feedback on stuff, he responds in a demean manner and usually acts annoyed & also acts unpleased when some criticizes his work. However, he finds himself "Open to others" and he says "The others just don't care to see how I am". Eli, however sometimes unpleasing to work with, often displays more of a chill personality in his free time. He, however holding a closed personality, prefers to work in more public environments (e.g. open office areas)
He seems to be a fan of the marketable IKEA shark, aka a "Blåhaj", and seems to always keep one in vicinity of his work environment.
He displays an interest towards neutral/hostile SCP's and spends his free time observing their behavior. He enjoys tropical environments, and often spends time near SCP-527 (Mr. Fish)

BACKGROUND
She remembers her past, but she can't for the life of her remember exactly what brought her to the foundation, like she remembers everything but that! She remembers getting a Ph.D. in Marine Biology and other Sciences but just cannot remember how she started working here. She's like 26. She remembers being at a site before being brought here. That's when the incident happens. She used to have a normal-looking face till some weird blob got perma stuck to her face that glitches out wayy too often.
PERSONALITY
She's pretty shy, sorta depends. Sometimes shes a huge yapper. Especially when you ask her about SCP-035, SCP-527 and 049. She just likes yapping any info she has on them. She also strictly sticks to interviews, she has done tests but each time it's like something happens, she just finds interviews way more fun/easier. Probably explains why she's stuck at JR. She'll get there I swear.
SHE LOVES STUPID PUNS. She thinks its hilarious, she loves saying them. She also low-key likes to mess with people. Especially when it comes to eating. If people ask her to try something she doesn't want to she'll reply with "What mouth?" and watch them get mortified or awkwardly scoot away as she eats whatever she was eating somehow, She's insecure bout her face. Its hard for her to display her emotions so she over-exaggerates her body language to make up for it, or her eyes. She also kinda want's to go see Mexico again but she can't.

BACKGROUND
On July 7th ████, there was a report of an attempted arson on an abandoned apartment complex. Suspect was identified as ███████ Yellowstone. While there wasn't any evidence of him starting the fire, he was still taken to federal prison due to [DATA EXPUNGED] his previous behaviors. However, after spending a few days in jail, he was offered the test subject program for 15 days; after the 15 days, he would be free from all charges.
Yellowstone ended up signing up for the program with nothing else to do. On day 13, he was taken for a test on the anomaly known as "SCP-049." When he was taken, he was fascinated with the anomalies within the facility and wanted to know more about them. When Yellowstone asked for a higher-up about this, he was told that he could apply for Security Class-0, but if he were to do this, he could never leave the installation again. Yellowstone didn't want to return; people were already beginning to blame him for the arson. Yellowstone submitted his application for Security Class-0, and was accepted.
Dr. J. Yellowstone was originally a Class D known as "D-7732." However, after he saw a poster to apply for the foundation, he decided to apply and took the job. Nothing is known about his original place of birth. Dr. Yellowstone ended up using for the security department first and was promoted very quickly to the rank of "Agent" due to his high activity level. However, after an accident, one of his close friends was killed by another Class-D, which led him to apply for the Scientific Department. Dr. Yellostone was well known when he first applied because he had a good reputation with most researchers within the department. It didn't take long for him to reach the rank of Research Specialist due to his dedication to studying RS-0001 at the time. Dr. Yellowstone was also friends with a brilliant researcher who had mysteriously disappeared.
PERSONALITY
Dr. J. Yellowstone typically doesn't take anything seriously during the wrong times; his co-workers and command team often scold him for being more mature. He enjoys Christmas and despises Halloween. Dr. J. Yellowstone is also a security department operative; however, he doesn't go on duty as much due to being traumatized after his friend's death. Dr. J. Yellowstone is also sometimes considered "crazy" due to his tendency to spread false rumors.

lAssigned Work:l SCI-PATHOS III, MD ScD
lRank:l Medical Board Entrant
BACKGROUND
Dr. Matthew Locker ████████████████████ ██████████ ████████ ████████████ ██████ ██████ graduated with a PhD in Psychology.
During recovery of stolen SCP-█████, which was shown the movie “The Thing” by unknown hostile forces and released at ██████ , Alaska, Dr. Locker was found amongst survivors. He was interviewed and found to have an extremely tolerant and unbothered view of the anomalous, despite the destruction and terror SCP-████ had caused. This led to a psychological workup, and the subsequent hiring of Dr. Locker.
Upon his arrival to Secure Containment Installation Pathos III he was assigned to the site medical staff, where he climbed the ranks quickly due to a clear passion for his work. While he had no prior work in the medical field outside of psychology, he did not shy away from physical wounds. He did, however, clearly prefer dealing with the psychological aspect of personnel health, spearheading the Psychological Specialist program as the Head of Psychology within the Medical Department. He eventually, for a short time, surpassed this position and was made a member of the site Medical Board.
The moniker “Mephisto” or “Mephistopheles,” after the demon of the same name in German folklore1, was adopted after an interaction in which his direct superior at the time commented that making a deal with him “feels like making a deal with the devil.” before telling him to “[EXPLETIVE] off mephistopheles.” Originally unaware of the meaning behind this and after a very brief moment of researching the name he immediately agreed and loved it, causing it to stick and now responds and prefers being called such. This is further supported by his propensity for making deals, and has also been described as “clearly has a wide grin, even through his solid mask.” when making or offering a deal. Due to this unusual attraction to making deals, “Mephisto” is under no circumstances to interact with SCP-███.
Shortly after acquiring this nickname, he was removed from his position for unrelated reasons, and transferred into the ranks of the Scientific Department by choice rather than staying in his demoted position.
PERSONALITY
“Mephisto,” while prone to sudden changes, is more often than not serious unless having fun with those around him. He often speaks clearly, successfully hiding his occasional stutters and mispronunciations behind a wall of confidence, quickly correcting himself if he deems it serious and noticeable enough to need correcting.
Despite this, he has a tendency to call everyone “friend,” “buddy,” or some other similar friendly terms. He has also, since his arrival, never been seen without a mask2 of some sort, claiming “A mask shows who a person is much more than a face ever could, as you can choose what mask you wear but cannot reliably choose your own face.” It is also to be noted he hides personal feelings and emotions on things which is, assumedly, another reason for the mask, going as far as wearing a mask composed of multiple emotions at times.3
When not in his uniform, he is often seen wearing a black and red gradient suit paired with a bright red tie and black fedora with a red band, or some other outfit with black as the main color. When dealing with SCPs, “Mephisto” has been known to suddenly entirely shift personalities in order to get the responses, information, or reaction he wants from them. He is also known to completely disregard morals for testing, having repeatedly tried to conduct research directly violating ethical standards. While clearly a sign of sociopathy, it has been decided to overlook this for now given his clear utility, and no current evidence of potential insubordination.Observation is still ongoing4 to ensure compliance, ethicality, and loyalty.

lAssigned Work:lSCI-PATHOS III, ScD
lRank:l Junior Researcher
BACKGROUND
An aspiring researcher scouted out by the Foundation for her all honours record, Tessa was on the path to be one of the elite researchers until when working with an anomalous substance, an unforeseen reaction between chemical and biohazardous material resulted in her losing 70% of her skin tissue, and becoming a POI due to the physical debilitating but again, anomalous reaction from her body to the liquid.
Tessa was mandatorily discharged from the program and kept in a facility for a while, being given blood and plasma implants and having to struggle as it continued to debilitate her, but rather than let that get her down, she worked furiously to help design and dictate a suit and neutralisation procedure to keep her body still survivng.
With the help of a small group she had inducted before her discharge, they helped make a modified controlled environment suit, which kept her body conditioned and pressurised to keep her form together inside and preventing outside contamination and spread. She eventually was able to clear herself from the facility and even register as a POI working for the foundation, although on limitations. The suit isn't faultless, and moving is still painful, leading to her restraining herself to only going where necessary, and as shes a junior and a poi at that, most tests result in her having to go through a fair bit of paperwork to even get to doing it, as while her suit can tank hits, it can still be damaged. So she only does her tests on weekends.
PERSONALITY
A person who regardless of her disability, does stuff or says stuff without having a second thought. She worries about the restrictions posed on her, and asks a lot of questions due to curiosity and need for known restraint.
Sometimes forgets to actually instruct people on what to (or make them learn to listen), and as an average gamer would, forgets to calm herself down and yells at people who are “incompetent.”
She also likes talking behind peoples back with other Scientists in team, or teasing/ annoying them

lDocument Citizenship:l Germany
lAge:l 6/18/████
lSecurity Clearance:l RESTRICTED
lAssigned Work:lSCI-PATHOS III, Transferred from [AU]Site 13, ScD
lRank:l Senior Researcher
BACKGROUND
Originally from the ill-fated Site-13 in an alternate universe, his transfer through the THRASHER device has left him with a constant feeling of displacement. Occasionally, when alone, he ponders the disparities between his original world and this one, although he rarely shares these thoughts with others. His passion for learning motivates him to thoroughly investigate anomalies, but his enthusiasm sometimes leads to risky behavior, much to the frustration of his supervisors.
Doctor Tyler's work habits are also quite mysterious. He can often be found in the lab at unusual hours, working late into the night on his latest project or jotting down theories about unexplained anomalies on any available surface. His office is cluttered with papers, incomplete experiments, and, oddly enough, various goose-themed trinkets. No one knows exactly when this particular fascination began, but Tyler insists that geese are the "ultimate creatures" due to their adaptability and aggression, a trait that he finds oddly comforting. His colleagues have learned to simply nod and smile whenever he delves into his latest goose-related tangent.
Despite his unconventional methods and varied interests, Tyler's results speak for themselves. He has a reputation for finding innovative solutions to problems that have confounded others for years. His work with SCP-127, or "Gunther," has garnered attention for its empathy and understanding of how sentient anomalies perceive their existence within Foundation containment. He has pioneered ethical testing procedures that are both compassionate and effective, striking a rare balance between scientific discovery and empathy. Tyler has a natural ability to form connections with the SCPs he works with, earning the trust of both his peers and the anomalies in his care. However, this talent also makes him fiercely protective of his subjects, sometimes to a fault.
PERSONALITY
Doctor Tyler possesses an unconventional personality and is deeply interested in anomalies and seemingly unrelated topics, such as his peculiar fascination with geese. His colleagues often jest about his ability to seamlessly transition from discussing the migratory patterns of geese to complex SCP research topics. Despite his idiosyncrasies, he is a highly skilled Senior Researcher, and his work on SCP-127, whom he affectionately calls "Gunther," is well-known for challenging the boundaries of ethical anomaly study.
Beneath his playful, often chaotic exterior, Doctor Tyler carries the burden of his transfer from the doomed Site-13. Although he rarely discusses it, the trauma of witnessing the collapse of his original universe lingers in the recesses of his mind. This experience fuels his desire to learn and discover as much as possible in this universe, almost as if he's trying to compensate for what was lost. The geese, the relentless pursuit of knowledge, and his bond with SCP-127 are all coping mechanisms—ways to anchor himself in a reality that still feels foreign to him at times. It's this combination of brilliance and vulnerability that makes Doctor Tyler both an exceptional researcher and a profoundly captivating figure within Pathos-III.
His sense of humor can catch people off guard—he's known for delivering the most absurd ideas with a straight face, like suggesting that the Foundation study the "goose equivalent of an SCP." While most dismiss these as jokes, Tyler has already started jotting down notes for this hypothetical anomaly. It's all in good fun, but his eccentricity conceals the fact that Tyler has an incredible ability to think outside the box, often providing unique insights that end up being crucial to research breakthroughs.
There's also a certain unpredictability to Tyler's work ethic. He might spend days fixating on a minor detail, adjusting an experiment, or staying up for hours poring over old Foundation archives, and then vanish for a weekend hike in the wilderness, “to observe the geese,” as he says. His ability to seamlessly transition from intense focus to near-absence is well-known, and while it frustrates some of his colleagues, others appreciate his need for equilibrium between intense research and personal contemplation. It's said that these hikes not only serve to rejuvenate his mind but also to confront the memories of his previous life in the doomed Site-13, a silent ritual that keeps him grounded.
Despite his unconventional demeanor, Tyler's adherence to Foundation protocol is unwavering when it is crucial. He has an implicit ethical code that guides his work, particularly in safeguarding the well-being of SCPs under his care. His dedication to ethical testing, particularly with sentient SCPs like SCP-127, has earned him the trust of the Ethical Committee. Tyler's research may be fueled by curiosity, but his protective nature ensures that no SCP under his supervision suffers unnecessarily. In this way, he has become an invaluable asset to the Foundation—not just as a researcher, but as a compassionate caretaker of anomalous entities.

Uh oh!
